I was highly upset with my first two visits the lady performed because nothing she was doing was working and I’m paying all this money for what. But then Johnny came out for the first time at my property for a scheduled visit and he performed the most thorough inspection ever and found out that the ants were nesting in my attic the whole time!! He explained what he was going to do and what to expect and I haven’t seen a single ant since!! Please only send Johnny!! Thank you Johnny for your thoroughness.

Good morning. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this morning. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no visible signs of termite activity. I installed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home on the exterior to monitor termite activity. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the hall. I placed six interior bait stations, to in the garage, two in the kitchen, one under the stove and sink, and two in the attic for mouse control. I placed two exterior bait stations, one in the backyard and one on the driveway side of the house for road activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, facia boards, eaves, and sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and there were no signs of rodent activity. Next, I inspected all four exterior RBS and there was heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exteriors of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. It was nice to meet you today. Per your concern for ants throughout home, I applied an ant gel in areas of concern. This includes kids playroom, entry doors, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. Also I left some ant gel baited arenas, to be moved wherever ants are being seen. I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also I used a Weber pole duster to knock down spider webs on the exterior. A carpenter ant bait was sprinkled sparingly around all nearby trees on the exterior. 4 termite monitors were installed on each exterior corner of home.
